Tonight’s food experiment: baked potatos straight from the wood burner.
They were surprisingly awesome! And because I know that you want to know what they looked like once we had peeled off the aluminum foil, here’s a bonus picture for today:
We had them with homemade herb quark a la Diane (on the left) and Mama’s Tzatziki from Cafe Istanbul (via Moore Wilson’s).
Yum, they both look very tasty!
